Sometimes that seems really slow, especially when the roads are clear and no workers are (apparently) present. On the other hand, when workers are busy right next to traffic under the Route 120 bridge, 45 can seem too fast. With a $375 ticket at risk, it's best not to press one's luck :) Yep, 45.
